Insurance Plans Accepted.
Please refer to your insurance company to confirm that we are contracted with them. Sometimes we are contracted with an insurance company, but we are only on a specific network that they carry, so be sure to verify what network you may chose from.
What to bring with you to each visit:
- Please remember to bring your child’s insurance card with you to each visit. For newborns, we may use the copy of the parent’s insurance card until 4 months of age.
- We will collect co-payments at the time of service. If you have a patient balance after a claim has been submitted to your insurance plan, we will expect payment in full after you receive a bill. Accounts that have a failure to pay their balance will be subject to collection procedures.
- If we are contracted with your plan, we will bill the insurance company for the physician services we provide in the hospital or in the office. Please check with your plan or our office, because, if we are not contracted with your plan, we will be unable to bill them for you and payment is then expected at the time of service.
