Dr. Carly Burchfield, D.O.
Dr. Carly Burchfield is a board-certified pediatrician passionate about providing comprehensive care to children of all ages. She has a special interest in newborn and breastfeeding medicine, childhood nutrition, and helping families build healthy lifestyles from the start.

Dr. Burchfield earned her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, followed by a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital, where she completed the Primary Care Track with additional training in mental health management and community advocacy. Before joining South Tulsa Pediatrics, she practiced in Roanoke, Virginia.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Burchfield has participated in global health initiatives, quality improvement projects, and community outreach programs focused on health education and access.

Originally from Texas, Dr. Burchfield and her husband, Dr. John Burchfield, recently relocated to Oklahoma with their golden retriever, Cooper. Outside of medicine, she enjoys walking her dog, cooking, and is dedicated to perfecting both her apple pie and chocolate chip cookie recipes!
